What are your stats/measurements?

Scarlet Skies: I’m 5’5, 105 lbs. 32A, never can remember my measurements.

How did you start within the industry?

Scarlet Skies: It’s a story that spans over many years. I had always wanted to join the industry, but it seemed too out of reach for me. I was afraid of how others would perceive me because I had graduated with my degree.

After a close friend had passed away, I had reflected on many things and had an a epiphany: why am I wasting my life doing what I believe others want me to do? What do I want to do? What will make me happy? After that day, I got into contact with some friends who were in the industry. The rest is history.

How did you create the name?

Scarlet Skies: Scarlet has always been my favorite name! I feel attached to it, I couldn’t picture myself having any other name. I love Skies because when it’s tied to Scarlet, it has a sense of imagery to it. I think of bright red spilling from the skies. Beautiful.

What do you enjoy most about being a porn star?

Scarlet Skies: Besides sex? I’d have to same the free time it affords me and the connections I’ve made. I love having the time to fulfill my passions and hobbies, many of which are directly tied to porn. I meet so many incredible humans through this field, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know every one of them and their stories.

What’s your favorite sexual position on & off camera & why?

Scarlet Skies: So I’ve always said missionary but lately it’s been lazy doggy! Lazy doggy is just doggy style, but laying flat instead of arching your back a ton. It’s been making me cum like crazy lately…been obsessed

What would you change about the adult industry?

Scarlet Skies: We should be continually working towards more safety protocols. We’ve come a long way as an industry, but still have a lot more work to do.

Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Scarlet Skies: I don’t let the perceived stigma get to me. I am a private person and enjoy keeping my circle small. My friends all support my career, and if they didn’t, they simply would not be my friends. The same goes for my family.

Those who stigmatize us the most seem to consume us as well, so I understand that their hate is sourced in hypocrisy and self hatred.

I’m happy I joined the industry at the age I did, you definitely require a thick skin.

What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?

Scarlet Skies: At the end of this one video, I was supposed to turn into a werewolf and tear this guys guts out. The director brought in a real bowl of guts he got from the grocery store, and with some camera magic we made it happen. It was honestly so much fun! I love special effects.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Scarlet Skies: Do. Your. Research. Speak to every licensed and bonded agency you can and research them. Ask them every question you can, and make sure you are truly ready and that this is the right choice for you.

Have you ever been grossed out during a shoot?

Scarlet Skies: One scene the director/talent had me last second drink his load out of a wine glass. I love cum, but this was just cold and disgusting. Still shiver when I think about it.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Scarlet Skies: Writing and journaling have always been my number one love. I journal just about every single day, it’s therapeutic for me. Besides that, I love to draw, paint, and go camping.

Scarlet Skies: I love my hitachi the most, always use vibrators.

To date which porn scene are you most proud of and why? watch porn?

Scarlet Skies: That’s a hard one! Every time I film a new scene, I feel like that’s my best one. I’d say a personal favorite would be my IT parody with Nubiles. Makeup took 4 hours from two very talented artists, director took some beautiful creepy shots, etc.

Do you watch porn? If so what type?

Scarlet Skies: It takes a very particular person to join the porn industry…as cliche as it is, id ask for their life story and what led to this career. Everyone’s story is so unique, I love hearing them.
