Tell us a bit about yourself?

Kayley Gunner: Hi I’m Kayley Gunner! I currently live in beautiful Northern California. I grew up a military brat and I was in the Army myself for five years. I am now a mattress actress living my best life.

How did you start within the industry?

Kayley Gunner: I got out of the military and started college. It was so boring. I wanted to be doing more. I was camming and always thought about doing porn. I already enjoyed sex and I wasn’t bad at it. Plus everyone’s tested in the industry so I figured it’s much safer than surfing a dating app. I reached out to my agency and begged them to take me.

They sent me to a company in Arizona so I could try a few scenes to see if the industry would be a good fit for me. I loved it right away! I was originally going to school to be a broadcaster because I enjoyed being on camera and the idea of having my hair / makeup done everyday. I get my hair and makeup done now and get to have fun sex on camera so it’s a win for me.

How did you create the name?

Kayley Gunner: My position in the Army was a 240 Machine Gunner. My time in the military meant a lot to me so I wanted to bring that with me into the industry. I have a K tattooed on my side and Kay had always been my cam name. Thus Kayley Gunner was born.

What do you enjoy most about being a pornstar?

Kayley Gunner: I enjoy that it doesn’t feel like work. I’m actually having a good time, and I like being on the go as well as meeting new people. I love sex so getting to experience and learn new things in the bedroom is also fun.

Do you have any projects planned?

Kayley Gunner: As of right now I’m focusing on getting my foot in the door and creating more scenes. I will definitely have something in the works soon.

I know the location, talent, call time etc. ahead of time. It’s all laid out for me so I know what I’m saying yes to before I show up to set.

The only thing I hope to continue to see more of is professionalism. That goes for all parts of the industry – directors and talent included. My agency is beyond professional and I’m so lucky I found them.

Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Kayley Gunner: I believe this era and my generation is more open to sexuality. Especially with new platforms available for anyone to create their own content. Coming up with a lie about what I do seemed more stressful than just telling the truth. Once I mentioned what I do for work to friends or even strangers I had nothing but support.

A lot of people are actually fascinated with the idea of it. I think some even enjoy living through my experiences.

What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?

Kayley Gunner: I recently learned about cuckold fetishes. In one scene a guy came on my feet and a different guy licked it off. That was very new for me.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Kayley Gunner: If you’re like I was and don’t know anything about the adult industry I suggest looking on a website like AVN and reaching out to an agency you see on there. Do your research. Don’t just google how to become a pornstar and start applying to random websites.

Your career could literally be in someone else’s hands. Also don’t give a fuck about what other people think. Take control of your life choices. Joining the industry is a bold move and it’s filled with hard working people.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Kayley Gunner: I grew up on Oahu so I love to surf. I haven’t done much of it yet in Cali. Not having to wear a wetsuit and the Hawaiian waters definitely spoiled me. My life outside the industry is low key and I like it that way. When I’m home from work I like to relax. Typically I enjoy fitness classes, laying by the pool, and shopping.

Have you ever been grossed out during a shoot and if so how did you handle it?

Kayley Gunner: I have not been grossed out during a shoot so far thankfully.

Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?

Kayley Gunner: I occasionally cam so I love to use interactive toys. The idea of being watched and controlled turns me on. I know my fans enjoy getting involved too. I always travel with my vibrator and dildo as well. It makes for an interesting TSA check.
