Tell us a bit about yourself?

Cherie DeVille: I’m Cherie DeVille, we are here at the AVN AEE Expo and I’m here signing for Mile High.

Can you describe yourself growing up?

Cherie DeVille: I think I had a pretty regular childhood, I got to travel, I ended up going to college, undergrad degree, grad degree, became a physical therapist, transitioned to porn.

How did you start within the industry?

Cherie DeVille: I was doing a little bit of nude modeling on the side I used to use a website called Model Mayhem, it was very, very, very amateur but my current agent found me online and asked me if I wanted to do porn of course I said yes! Now it’s been nine years and here I am.

What's the weirdest thing you've been asked to do during a shoot?

Cherie DeVille: It’s almost infinite because I do customs, and every sexual fantasy is different so, I’ve eaten plastic people, I’ve insulted people on camera, I’ve done everything, I’ve popped balloons, I’ve crushed watermelons with my thighs. That’s such a broad question I’ve done so many weird, unusual I don’t like the word weird because I feel like it judges peoples fetishes, but unusual things on camera.

How did you create the name?

Cherie DeVille: I love, love, love Cherie Currie, from the Runaways, so I stole her first name and I thought it went with DeVille, beautifully.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Cherie DeVille: I love Swing Dancing, I play Dungeons and Dragons, with a group regularly, I’m an adverb Xbox, user. I enjoy distance running, hiking, and spending time with my girlfriends. Yeah, you know L.A. Surfing!

To date which porn scene are you most proud of and why?

Cherie DeVille: I don’t know if there’s any one scene but the movie that I’m most proud of is probably my movie showcase for Elegant Angel, called Cherie, I had my first DP, I had my Blowbang, so many amazing firsts in there. I chose the cast, I chose the wardrobe, I loved the whole thing.
