Tell us a bit about yourself?
Amirah Sky: My name is Amirah Sky, I’m originally from Tarpon Springs Florida, it’s a small town outside of Tampa Bay. I’m based in Miami, and I got into the adult film industry back in August. I’ve been a dancer for a couple of years before that.
What are your stats/measurements?
Amirah Sky: I’m 5’3″, probably 130 lbs, I don’t know I just know I look good!.
How did you start within the industry?
Amirah Sky: I’ve always had a n interest in general, I met a talent scout in one of the strip clubs in Miami, a year before I even came to the industry. It took a little bit of thought and I was ready to dive in, I love it because I see more longevity in it than I would in dancing. Dancing is great and all I see adult film more so as a career, me personally I don’t see dancing as a career.
How did you create the name?
Amirah Sky: I danced by that name for a couple years. Amirah is arabic for princess and it’s also Hebrew for tree top, so it has a double meaning, that’s where my wealth stacks to tree tops. I have a jewish background. And then Sky, just sounds nice.
Why do you want to become a porn star?
Amirah Sky: I think I just had an interest in it, once I did it then I just fell in love with the sport and art of making a porno. I had an interest in it to begin with, buut then when I started doing it that’s when I started realising why I belong in this industry. Porn sex is very different from real life sex, you get to really have fantasy sex but it’s also reality in the same way. Because from my standpoint I enjoy all of my scenes, so I really am having sexual pleasure. It’s not fake, people say porn is fake it’s real to me because I’m really having a great time baby!
Tell us about your first shoot was it what you expected?
Amirah Sky: Oh it was great! I realised that it was like wow! This is the best mistake I’ve made made in my entire life! It was awesome the cameras turned on and I just knew I was at home when I was on set, I’m serious that’s really how I felt. When I had my first shoot on the casting couch for Net Video Girls my first person I shot with was Jax Slayher, he’s very much a gentleman in this industry, he was a pleasure to work with.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Amirah Sky: I would definitely be one of the biggest in the industry, I would see myself on billboards, and I will definitely be dropping some music as well and some slow stuff why not?. I’m open to other opportunities that I don’t even know exist.
What’s your favorite sexual position on & off camera & why?
Amirah Sky: I would say doggie style, I just like taking really big dick doggie style I don’t really know why. I don’t really know how to explain why.
Are there any sex acts that you want to shoot?
Amirah Sky: At some point I would want to do a gangbang, but also at some point I want to do a shoot where it was a lesbian slumber party. But it was a lesbian slumber party orgy I want to do that. And I also want to do a gnagbang with BLACKED or something like that.
Which porn star would you most like to work with?
Amirah Sky: I have a lot! And I get really shy especially when it comes to men I would probably never say it out loud or approach them I don’t know why. But women Valentina Nappi, for sure, I think she’s like Sophia Loren, modern day porn edition, Valentina Nappi, for sure.
What would you change about the adult industry?
Amirah Sky: That people don’t talk enough about HIV prevention, they don’t talk enough about it. Whenever there was arguments back in the day about “Oh there’s an HIV outbreak and we need start wearing condoms” it was just a stupid debate because condoms aren’t, even it it’s legal the law, whatever condoms aren’t meant to withstand porn sex and we have HIV prevention medicine that’s 99% effective.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Amirah Sky: I’m so used to people having a problem with anything I do anyways and I’ve just always been a black sheep regardless, I’ve always been someone that’s gone against the grain anyways. When I was a dancer for years before this so it wasn’t like I was in a good girl type of job before this anyway. Even before that when I was a good girl people still always had a problem regardless, so I don’t really care because my days are numbered and one and I’m going to die and one day those people that judge me will die too.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?
Amirah Sky: I would ask them why, and I would say do you have anyone that you don’t want to know about it, will find out about it. Even though it was the right decision for me, for example it could be the wrong decision for somebody else. It could be the best decision for one woman and it could be the demise for another woman.
Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?
Amirah Sky: I use the one that looks like a microphone, I need to get more sex toys. But I want to get one of those sex machines.
Do you watch porn? If so what type?
Amirah Sky: Yes, I watch porn my preference to watch is interracial, I’m multifaceted but that’s my preference.
How do you stay in shape?
Amirah Sky: I work out on average 5 days a week, I lift some weights.
If you were interviewing a porn star what would you ask them? & answer this question
Amirah Sky: I’ve never thought about that! You tripped me out with that! I’d probably ask them if they were allergic to peanut butter. Because I’m a peanut butter addict if they’re sexy I would want to fuck them and sometimes if people are really allergic to peanut butter, if you’re making out with them then you could actually kill them or something could go really wrong.
What really turns you on?
Amirah Sky: Mentally stimulating conversations and playing with my hair.
