Tell us about the concept behind Slut Inspection?

Slut Inspection: It’s very simple it’s me usually behind the camera filming my husband with other women.

How did you come up with the idea to create a production company?

Slut Inspection: We both used to work on set for other people so we learned the trade on various sets, so I learned how to film on one set, he learned how to do paperwork on a different set. Then he wanted to become a male performer, so he started doing that and I said why don’t we just also own the content ourselves so that we have income for the rest of our lives. So in edition to shooting for other companies we started Slut Inspection, which is literally me (Suzanne) camera, him (Dan) some hot chick and that’s it. Very real very authentic everything that happens happens very naturally.

Who gets to decide which performers Dan works with?

Slut Inspection: We both kind of do, but usually it’s models we reach out to models and models reach out to us, it’s more of a collaborative thing. So usually we want to work with models who want to work with us a lot of the models we shoot with are really in to the fact that I’m there, so that adds some excitement to the scene. I Love all women across the board and Suzanne lies to watch me with anyone so there’s really no drama there.

How did you get into creating adult content?

Slut Inspection: I started performing in 2018, I had been thinking about it for a while and then we were on vacation in Mexico and I broke the news that I was interested in possibly performing. She told me to let her think about it, because I’m smart I shut my mouth and didn’t say a word about it after that. And she got me my first scene with her friend Lucy Sweets, and it all just rolled from there. I did a lot of gangbangs and a lot of blowbangs and that sort of thing to get the ball rolling and prove that I can do it. And then I started producing content because there are a lot of clip stores taking off everything like that.

Can you tell us how your site has evolved?

Slut Inspection: I think 3 years, so it started with just Slut Inspection, which is general content in the past 2 years we added multiple channels to it other sites. So we started with Slut Inspection, I really wanted our site inclusive, like Dan said we love all women. So we added a slutty BBW channel, a Teenage Tryouts channel, we added Vice POV, which is me filming, + POV which Dan, films sometimes I guess star in those and then this past year we added Teasing and Pleasing, which is my little pet project. That’s where Dan films me with the girls and with assisted masturbation, so there’s a little bit of a power play, a little bit fetishy a little bit different than everything else.

Talk us through the production process.

Slut Inspection: We reach out mutually Dan, me, or Slut Inspection Twitter, Instagram, with different models it’s pretty collaborative, so we normally set up whatever time and date works best. They come over get to see my beautiful apartment and my beautiful cat, we do all the legal paperwork, check the tests and go over the do’s and don’t’s, it’s pretty basic for porn, it’s like what do you like to have happen, what do you not want to have happen. And it can be anything from a girl saying she wants to be punched in the face to a girl saying she really prefers creampies, it can be so extreme to so normal. So we do a little bit of that then we usually shoot my Teasing and Pleasing scene first, because we like to get that out of the way before her makeup gets messed up. And then we shoot the boy girl scene with them and whatever beautiful female talent we have.

How long is the production turn around?

Slut Inspection: 3 to 6 months, we could do it quicker, because I’m very fast and there’s not a lot of editing to do, it’s just we have so much content that we can’t get it out sooner. Usually after it’s on the website for 3 to 6 months, we put it on DVD, VOD and stuff like that.

I’ve had some companies hold content a year 2 years before. I’ll perform in a scene not forget that I worked with that model, but maybe forget that I did a particular scene for a particular company and suddenly a media message will go out and I’ll be Oh yeah that’s right I shot that scene 2 years ago. Because companies are producing so much content they’re watching analytics, the trends sometimes a scene gets pushed.

Are there any performers that you really want to work with?

Slut Inspection: Oh that’s hard, we’re lucky we’ve shot with a lot models that we really wanted to, Would you say there’s any on your bucket list? I forgot! There’s people that we’d like to work with again, obviously almost all of them, he shot a POV scene without me, and I’m still sad that I missed that he shot with Alexis Fawx, Alexis Fawx, is one of my favorite people, not just porn stars, she’s one of my favorite people.

What's involvement do you have with the website?

Slut Inspection: Oh we did the whole thing, when we started the website it was hosted through Model Centro they have a great program for models to launch their own website. It’s a template it’s very easy, it’s great it’s just not what I wanted, so we used that for about a year and then we partnered with Full Porn Network, wher I also work full time. It’s great because it’s part of a full network of sites things like Abbie Maley her site is with them. A good collection of creators and performers.

What do enjoy most about running your own production company?

Slut Inspection: A lot of freedom, I would say when we both used to work for different studios, I’m not going to mention any production names, but there was one company that would send a 10 page PDF we want the girl to wear this kind of outfit, have this kind of thing, take exactly these photos from this exact angle. It would be 8 or 10 pages copy this angle, very cookie cutter and I don’t enjoy that. It was always boring to me it wasn’t creative I like the creativity we have.

Also the effficiency we have I know there’s a budget and they have to spend the money, they want to get their moneys worth, but at the same time we shoot a product that is very high quality and for the most part people expect us to be a much bigger studio than what we are. Because of the quality product. We shoot it ver efficently, very quickly I would say in general to get her scene and also the boy girl scene, the photo set a mximum of 2 hours.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to get into the industry?

Slut Inspection: Don’t! Just kidding! Pause, and make sure you realize that your image in whatever way will be on the internet forever you can’t take it back. So make sure that that is what you want. We do have a clause like a regret clause that if anyone were to reach out and say I’m no longer in the industry, I don’t want to be associated with the industry, I’m living a normal life, I’m dating a normal man can you take my scene of your site.

Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Slut Inspection: It hasn’t affected me! Not yet 10 years. From my perspective as a male performer I don’t think I would feel the negative backlash as much as female performer would to be honest. I can go out and get a regular job and no one’s going to really look into me. I can see how there would be a negative impact for someone who came notoriety especially a female performer.

What are the difficulties around running an adult company?

Slut Inspection: Compliance, wether it’s video compliance, credit card compliance, paperwork compliance there’s a lot of rules, and there’s a lot of red tape. There are billing rules, there are paperwork rules, laws that our website I don’t believe that you can get on our website in Louisiana, if you live in Louisiana, and you’re watching this contact your senators, or your representatives because there’s 4 or 5 states in the U.S now we have to have blocked. You can’t even access our website because of terrible laws.

Where do you see Slut Inspection in 5 years?

Slut Inspection: Well, we just started something new! I don’t know if it will be a new channel or how it’s going to work, but we just started filming TS scenes. So we’re going to try to become even more inclusive to inclusive all women, so that’s very exciting. So that’s this year, in 5 years… We’ve also been talking about doing a livestream a version of Slut Inspection, where we broadcast live the whole filming of the scene and everything like that.

How do you continue to improve the content for Slut Inspection?

Slut Inspection: I think we get better every shoot the way we communicate, we just got a new place so we have a new shoot room that’s got great lighting , the bed’s a little lower so I can get better angles, it’s a little bit softer. So we’re improving the set, we’re improving the lighting, the quality of the actual videos is improving, we are making a bunch of changes to the website coming up.

Which adult production company inspires you?

Slut Inspection: That’s a dangerous question. Behind the scenes I’ve worked with Mike Adriano, so I worked with him for 10 years, other productions as well. So he really inspired me as far as attention to detail little things matter you want to make sure that if there are (inaudible) you want props that dress the rom nicely. There’s no detail that’s too small.

I will agree, Mike Adriano, is the best at what he does! It’s not just only the detail how much he loves doing what he does as well. That I think is really inspirational to me.

Where do you see the future of the adult industry?

Slut Inspection: AI. I don’t love it I have a lot of concerns about AI and deep fakes and legality of it and who can control whose image, thats a concern. I think there’s a lot of potential for cool stuff but I think there’s a lot of potential for bad actors and people taking advantage of just putting someones face on a body that isn’t theres.

What would you do to change the adult industry?

Slut Inspection: I would get rid of all free porn, There’s a lot of problems with free porn. People’s work should be compensated, porn shouldn’t be readily accessible by anyone at any time, I think thee’s reasonable laws in some states at least about age verification, to make sure people are of age.

And free porn subverts that I think clicking a box saying you’re over 18 is not enough. (It’s fool proof though!) I think by getting rid of free porn it also makes it so the models and talent get more income, because if it’s not free people have to pay for it which means there’s more revenue, which earns there’s more money to invest in the product.
