Tell us a bit about yourself

Lexi Luna: I’m about to start my fifth year in the industry. I currently live in LA but I love to travel and don’t call anywhere my permanent home.

How did you create your name?

Lexi Luna: I created Lexi Luna through a series of thoughtful steps. First, I wanted the name to be easy to spell and I wanted it to be alliterative. Second, it had to sound sexy and be fun! I needed a flirty name to help me be recognizable in the industry. Third, the name is a nod to my fetlife.com roots where I initially was discovered.

How did you start within the industry?

Lexi Luna: I started in the industry when I was discovered from some modeling photos I posted online.

You went from teaching to the adult industry, why the career change?

Lexi Luna: I learned my passion was not educating children. When I decided to leave the classroom and close the door on future elementary school teaching careers, I knew it would be final. I love the change and not having to report to any administration! Also, I still get to teach. Just now I teach adults about sex which is much more rewarding!

You’ve featured in many adult movies, is there one that stands out?

Lexi Luna: There is one scene for Brazzers that stands out to me as being the time I first felt like a “porn star”. It’s called Lexi Luna Gets Drenched. As I work more in the industry, I find that my performances get better and better. It makes me feel like I’m excelling in my field.

Who would you most like to work with?

You’re known for your active involvement within the swinging community, how did this start and what do you enjoy about swinging?

Lexi Luna: I started working as an educator at swinger events and the community welcomed me with open arms! I teach sex topics and am a sounding board for couples experimenting on their journey within the swinging community. I enjoy this community because everyone is so open minded.

If you wrote the script for an adult movie what would be the scenario and who would feature?

Lexi Luna: I would feature myself, of course, because I think my story of being an independent, brand-focused, young MILF is not told all that often. The scenario would detail my rise to acceptance of my status in the industry and my perseverance to make Lexi Luna the best for her fans.

Outside of the industry what hobbies and interests do you have?

Lexi Luna: Outside of the industry, I love word games and puzzles. It holds my interest and helps me exercise my brain. I also like to exercise my body and have been stretching to try and achieve my splits in 2020!

Do you watch porn? If so what type?

Lexi Luna: I love to watch my own porn and I love to watch girl-girl and taboo porn, as well!

What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?

Lexi Luna: The weirdest thing I’ve been asked to do during a shoot was pretending I’m pregnant and super horny! It was fun, but a lot of mental basketball keeping my brand on point but also playing a realistic role.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Lexi Luna: My advice to someone wanting to get into porn is to make sure they know what they’re getting themselves into. I was very well versed on what I would be giving up and what I could potentially gain before I took the leap. Be ready to close the door on anonymity.

How do you stay in shape?

Lexi Luna: For me, staying in shape is varied and changes with my stage in life. When I first started in porn, I just wanted to be thin. I thought that’s what made you HOT! Four years later, it’s more about the curves and I’m focusing more on what I put into my body versus what I make my body exert during a workout. I generally do body weight exercises and focus heavily on lower body.

Honey Puff Pancakes - you shared a recipe with Xcritic cooking, is cooking something that you enjoy?

Lexi Luna: Cooking and I have a love/hate relationship! I try not to enjoy it too much because baking can get me in trouble more often than not. Aside from sweets, I enjoy making salmon and a few other dishes, but my sweet tooth is always lurking!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Lexi Luna: In five years, I plan to still be performing and hopefully directing my own films. I really enjoy learning through watching the crews I work with currently and it makes me feel like I’m getting to see all the secrets of creating great content.

How has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Lexi Luna: The stigma of being in the industry affects everyone at some point. Having had a career prior to this, I learned that sometimes all the details of what you do aren’t necessary. I don’t allow people to always get the full picture to avoid potential discrimination.

What’s your favorite sexual position, on and off camera and why?

Lexi Luna: My favorite position on and off camera is definitely doggy! Because of my internal curve, it feels so good!

Are there any sex acts that you haven’t shot yet but want to?

Lexi Luna: I haven’t shot a scene with two guys at once. It’s definitely on my list for 2020!

If you were interviewing a pornstar what would you ask them an answer the question yourself

Lexi Luna: If I were interviewing a porn star, I would ask them “What’s a question no one ever asks you?” No one ever asks me about why I think it is or isn’t important to have a solid brand in porn.
