Tell us a bit about yourself.

Nina White: My name is Nina White. I grew up in LA/The Bay area and I fucking love porn! How did you start in the industry?

How did you create the name?

Nina White: When I started camming at 18 I took days to create the name Nina Rivera and when I went mainstream that name was taken so i literally just went with the finest last name that came to mind because I didn’t want to work as hard as I did on Rivera since I had to lose it anyway. So I sort of picked White out of defeat LOL but I’ve been Nina for a long time!

What do you enjoy most about being a porn star?

Nina White: I love being my own boss doing something i love. I thrive off of the freedom and the independence. I also love all the little parts of it, being part of a community that all understands each other and is so open. It feels like I’m part of a little slutty secret society.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years' time?

Nina White: I hope i am in a place where I can travel even more freely! The real dream would be to have shot in other countries. I think I could die happy knowing I did that.

Nina White: I do wish it got less stigma so that we could operate better on the internet without getting flagged for absolutely nothing when there is real danger on the internet that isn’t protected at all!

I also wish we got paid residuals for our scenes because while sites like Onlyfans and Manyvids are great we are technically still getting scammed for our work. To be fair I do believe most industries are like this so this isn’t Porn-specific but for the work we do and the stigma wedo face i believe we should be better taken care of.

How has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Nina White: I wasn’t raised very traditionally nor do I want a traditional life or family or anything that would directly be affected by my carreer in any general sense so I think I am a special case for this where I’m not affected as much as the normal person who maybe dates or wants a family and kids and a normal career later.

I think I am also a little bit “joker-brained” in the sense that I kind of love any hate that I might get because I truly believe what I’m doing isn’t wrong therefore it says way more about you judging than me. If i was insecure it could hurt but to be fair I am still growing so that could change as I grow I wont act naive to that.

What's the weirdest thing that you've been asked to do?

Nina White: I personally don’t think I’ve done anything that weird as of yet but you could say some of the sex in a VR shoot is a bit weird since you aren’t really connected to anyone during the scene its kind of like fucking a camera with a body.

What advice would you give to someone who wanted to get into the industry?

Nina White: Don’t do it for the money if you don’t have any love for creating adult content. I’d say this to anyone about any job but I think it’s always going to suck a little if your heart’s not in it and you;; burn out faster trying to be someone you’re not.

Have you ever been grossed out during a shoot?

Nina White: Since camming at 18 years old and figuring out my boundaries and what I’m comfortable with through trial and error, I’ve had a lot of experiences that I can look back on and be glad that I tried it so that I can safely know that I like or dislike it, but I never regret these decisions because I consider them a learning opportunity. At the moment I think I handle it well considering I am a performer and want to make whatever I’m doing look “good” for the camera so if I’m doing a good job, you’d never know!

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of the industry?

Nina White: I love traveling more than anything! If I’m lucky enough to get invited by some friends to go somewhere I’ll always make it happen because that’s what I consider living. As far as daily interests I’m a huge foodie so me and my bestie are always cooking together or going out and trying new food. I also LOVE nature more than anything so i try to get out and hike and do little picnicks as much as possible and if it’s a hot summer day and we’re at the beach you better believe I’m jumping in that water!
