Tell us a bit about yourself?
Jenna Starr: I’m Jenna Starr, thanks for having me.
How did you create the name?
Jenna Starr: It’s actually really funny, so 10 years or more ago my ex’s best friend used to call me Jenna Starr, and tell me that I look like a porn star. So I decided to be Jenna Starr.
Can you tell us about your first shoot?
Jenna Starr: It was for Brazzers, I actually did 3 consecutively I did Bridgette B, the next day I had my boy girl with Xander Corvus, and then the third day I had the one with Kyle Mason and Kayley Gunner.
How did your first shoot go?
Jenna Starr: It was good I was super nervous I had a month to think about it. They contacted me in October, we didn’t shoot until February I was ver nervous but everything went well. Everyone was nice, kind they were very caring to their talent, it was fun it was exciting we laughed.
Was the shoot what you expected?
Jenna Starr: It was different, but I didn’t know what to expect, I had no one to talk to I didn’t even tell people I was doing it. I didn’t know anyone who was doing it so I went in ‘we’re doing this’.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Jenna Starr: That’s hard to say, I stopped doing that to myself probably 6 years ago. I haven’t in 5 years I’m going to be or there it’s just I am really am going to transition into investing and things like that. I’m just taking it month to month, year by year we’ll see how it goes.
What's your favorite sexual position on and off camera?
Jenna Starr: Probably doggie.
Are there any sex acts that you want to shot?
Jenna Starr: I’m pretty new even though it’s been a year I’m still trying to get used to being new I haven’t really gotten that far into it yet.
Which porn star would you most like to work with?
Jenna Starr: I had written down a couple of girls and sent them off to Brazzers, one of them is Kat Dee, I could be saying peoples names wrong. There’s another girl i’m not sure I’m going to say her name right Siri Dahl, I’m probably saying that wrong. There’s a couple of girls on my list.
When did you start within the industry?
Jenna Starr: Not that I can think of.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Jenna Starr: I don’t really go around a lot of people who don’t understand what I do, but yeah I’m sure there’s a stigma I just try and mentally block it out and just keep moving forward and not pay attention to it.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?
Jenna Starr: Try to get an agent.
What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?
Jenna Starr: Relaxing! By the pool, sleeping going on vacation.
Which porn star do you admire and why?
Jenna Starr: The people I’ve worked with and met I was really digging Luna Star’s, energy and work ethics also Kaley Gunner, great work ethics, energy positive vibes. You know people who give advice and who are open to talking to you and giving advice like that, I respect that.
Do you watch porn? If so what type?
Jenna Starr: Honestly, I don’t I would either watch in person or physically doing the act.
If you were interviewing a porn star what would you ask them?
Jenna Starr: Interesting question, I don’t know to be honest I haven’t thought about that.
What turns you on?
Jenna Starr: I’m a sapiosexual I’m more intrigued by how someone treats me, talks to me, intellect. I know you’re probably expecting ‘I want a dick down my throat’.
Do you get recognised outside of the industry?
Jenna Starr: Yes, I have it was really awkward the last thing that happened to me someone put a note under the door of my hotel. So it freaked me out! I want people to know if you recognise me just say hi, shake my hand or something.
Has anything funny happened to you during a shoot?
Jenna Starr: A lot of funny stuff has happened. Probably one of the funniest things I can remember I was doing a girl, girl and I just didn’t expect a huge queef, I started laughing. I flinched and I looked backwards I didn’t know what was happening. That was funny!
What's the most unusual thing that you've been asked to do during a shoot?
Jenna Starr: I think they’e all been pretty regular scenes I know there’s one that reminds me I’ve got to go and look at the website. Tentacle porn so if I do that, that will probably be the weirdest scene I’ve done.
