Ariel Darling: My name is Ariel! I’m from Oklahoma and just moved to Las Vegas. I’ve been doing porn since April 2022

How did you start within the industry?
Ariel Darling: I had a recruiter for an agency reach out to me on instagram and ask if id be interested in doing porn. I’d been dancing for 6 years but actually never seriously considered doing porn. I spent a month or two thinking about it. My initial thought was “yeah, I’d try that!” But I wanted to weigh the pros and cons before diving right in. My first shoot was with Backroom Casting Couch. Clearly I enjoyed it because I signed with an agency right after and have been working on making more videos!
How did you create the name?
Ariel Darling: Ariel has been my nickname since Junior year of College. Obviously because of the red hair but also because my go-to karaoke song is “Part of Your World” from the little mermaid. So everyone at the karaoke bar called me Ariel! My family also would by me little mermaid themed stuff all the time because of the nickname (Rapunzel is actually my favorite princess). “Darling” came from my first strip club. I started at Little Darling’s in Oklahoma City. I met some of the best people working there so I chose Darling as a sort of homage.
Why do you want to become a pornstar?
Ariel Darling: Is “all of it” too generic of a response? Honestly though it is such a fun job. I like meeting other sex workers and I love how respectful everyone has been. You get to tell all your scene partners what you do and don’t like sexually and they actually listen (unlike half of my exes)!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
Ariel Darling: I’d love to still be making videos but I’m also hoping to get started on making my own porn games. Ive been teaching myself how to 3D model and brainstorming with friends on what would make a fun game. I really like the game “Being a Dik” and would love to make something similar to that

What would you change about the adult industry?
Ariel Darling: I wish there was more of a community off set. Maybe there is and I just haven’t found it yet but for stripping, we have a subreddit, facebook groups, discord servers, etc. I wish I had more people to talk to in the industry in that way.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Ariel Darling: Oh there is definitely stigma. I’ve faced very little controversy about stripping but even in the strip club I can’t mention doing porn most of the time or its received as this super negative and sad thing I’m forced into. It makes me a little sad people think that and can’t just be supportive. Im happy! Why doesn’t that matter? My friends however have been amazing about it and haven’t judged me one bit.
What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?
Ariel Darling: I said no but Ive had someone ask to pee on me. Which isn’t super weird itself but he was oddly insistent on changing my mind
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?
Ariel Darling: It isn’t for everyone! Feel it out and if you don’t like it, that doesn’t make you a failure. That, and don’t do something you think you’ll regret. I think we all have to do things for porn we wouldn’t do in our personal lives and thats expected. But don’t traumatize yourself for a pay check. Its okay to turn down a job if it just isn’t for you!
Have you ever been grossed out during a shoot?
Ariel Darling: Oh yeah. Bodies do weird things and you can’t always be with your type on set or sometimes you get asked to do something that isn’t necessarily your favorite. Honestly I just suck it up and go with it or maybe change up what Im doing so I’m more comfortable. I’d be so sad if I grossed someone out and they reacted during a scene. I never want anyone to feel self conscious or like there’s something wrong with them so I just get over it.
What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?
Ariel Darling: I love art, video games, horror movies, museums, board games, and traveling! My favorite games right now are Dead by Daylight and Team Fight Tactics. Fallout New Vegas is my all time favorite though.
Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?
Ariel Darling: Yes! I use mostly vibrators but I have a couple bad dragon dildos. I do need more butt plugs though…
To date which porn scene are you most proud of and why?
Ariel Darling: Hmmm that’s a hard question. I did one for TeamSkeet that isn’t out yet and I am so excited for it. I haven’t done many scenes with a theme or that require acting but I think for one of my first scripts, I did good! I am still learning from every scene so I don’t have one yet that I didn’t think I could improve on.
Do you watch porn? If so what type?
Ariel Darling: I watch some porn. Usually just whatever is on the front page of pornhub, I’m really not picky on the visuals. I do really like reading smutty fan fiction though, as nerdy as that is. Hentai is fun too but sometimes it gets weird halfway through and then I don’t even want to keep masturbating. If I had to search for something specific though I’d probably go with anal.
If you were interviewing a pornstar what would you ask them?
Ariel Darling: “If you could have sex with any US president who would it be?” I’d say Abe Lincoln but only if the top hat stays on!…
What really turns you on?
Ariel Darling: Gentle touching all along my body or kisses on my body. I like rough sex but it’s the sensual and gentle touches that get me going.
