Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Aria Khaide: I had someone out me to my father, my family is my world, and sadly our relationship has not been the same. Many of girlfriends/wives etc in our friends group think I want to seduce their partner I assure them that I’m looking for a ten second tom (lol) and I’m happily married (I’m not in an open or swinger marriage we are monogamous outside of shooting). I have lost friends, who I thought were lifelong ones and even at my wedding- but people come and go for a reason. What's the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?

Aria Khaide: I am very explicit with my do’s and don’ts before I go to any booking, so most things have to do with people thinking you want to have sex off camera which is not the case for me. I am fine doing a quick fluff with my mouth but that’s the extent.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Aria Khaide: I often post about this to be realistic for everyone that asks how they can get into the industry. First, you should make sure that you are ready to show your face and never turn back because the internet is forever. Second, invest in you brand with both time and money, make sure you are always FSC PASS cleared, pay for talent you want to work with etc, come up with a realistic business plan. Third, make content like crazy and create clipstores, or your own website. Fourth, be respectful, if someone says no there are other opportunities that can come your way. Fifth, follow people you admire and want to be like to get inspiration for shoots, looks and content. Six, be able to have sex with people you may not normally be attracted to and be able to ‘pop’ on command.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Aria Khaide: I love being active- we have amazing trails near where I live so going hiking with my family or for a run. Going out with friends, when we have a babysitter. I’m a fan of USC Gamecocks Football and the NJ Devils as far as televised sports go. I also believe in selfcare to stay sane and healthy- for me it’s energy healing and massage.

What would you change about the adult industry?

Aria Khaide: Reliability and Professionalism when it comes to scheduling I think is one of my biggest pet peeves. I pride myself on valuing other people’s time so being punctual or updating if conflicts arise I think is the professional thing to do. As well as scheduling in advanced versus last minute is hard when you have to make travel plans.
