Tell us a bit about yourself.

Angel Dark: I’m Slovakian AVN Hall of Fame porn star Angel Dark. I’m back after a 11 year retirement where I traveled the world. I’m now a dog mom who lives in Vegas!

Angel Dark: I’m 5’9″ and 120 Ibs

How did you start in the industry?

Angel Dark: In 2002, I was working as a waitress in a restaurant and was approached by a makeup artist that introduced me to Pierre Woodman. I ended up working for him in my first scene and the rest is history.

How did you create the name?

Angel Dark: My agent in the Czech Republic picked my name. I had nothing to do with it.

According to IAFD you’ve featured in over 425 adult scenes between 2002 and 2015, is there one that stands out?

Angel Dark: As far as scenes that stand out to me…..anything I filmed for Private in Ibiza. I loved the way the sets looked and the sex was some of my best. It felt more like being on a fun vacation than work. I actually stopped filming scenes in 2011.

Why have you decided to return?

Angel Dark: I decided to return because I like the freedom performers have today with the different platforms like OnlyFans. It’s much easier to connect with the fans and you get to create the content you prefer.

You’ve been nominated and won many adult awards is there one that stands out and why?

Angel Dark: I would say my AVN Hall of Fame award. It’s nice to be recognized by the industry leader that my work had an impact on porn fans.

How has the adult industry changed from 2002 when you started to now?

Angel Dark: It has completely changed. The performer has so much more control than they used to. Plus with the popularity of social media and platforms like OnlyFans, you can really connect with those that support your work. Although I miss the big budgets that productions had back in the early 2000’s, I love where we are at now.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?

Angel Dark: Hopefully on a beach in Florida!

Angel Dark: I’ve never really had anything negative that I know about. I’m sure people have judged me behind my back though. It comes with the job.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Angel Dark: Just to really understand what happens to your future and to be good with your money. Don’t party it away.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Angel Dark: Yoga and taking care of my 4 American Bullies.

Angel Dark: I don’t think there is one person in particular….I admire everyone in the industry that is kind.

For the longest time, it was hard to watch porn because I knew all the performers and understood how the scenes work. Now that I’ve been away for so long and I don’t know a lot of the new performers, it’s easier for me to watch.

How do you stay in shape?

Angel Dark: Yoga and portion control with food. I absolutely hate working out so I won’t do that. LOL
