Tell us a bit about yourself?
Selina Imai: I kinda starting doing porn in December, I’ve been doing it for about a month and a half now. Before I was doing caming, I worked at Walamart for a little bit too.
What are your stats/measurements?
Selina Imai: I believe I’m a 34C or 36C so I’ve been told, I got my measurements done when I did my first scene because I wasn’t even sure. I don’t really wear bras much to be honest. I’m 4’11”.
How did you start within the industry?
Selina Imai: When I turned 18 I got an OnlyFans, like a lot of people do and then from that I wasn’t really getting the audience that I wanted, so I did caming and then I felt the need to go all the way. I felt like I really wanted to being in the actual industry and level up a little bit. That’s when I made the decision I started negotiating with people in October to start and got my first scene in December 2023.
How many scene have you done since your first shoot?
Selina Imai: I think I’ve done 19 or 20.
How did you create the name?
Selina Imai: The first part of my name Selina, is from Cat Woman, because I have always loved her even growing up. I think every version of her character is a strong woman, with a good personality, super sexy, there’s where I got the first part of my name.
The second part, the last name I got it from this anemi called Kingdom Ashari, it’s on Netflix. There was this character his name was Cosmo Imai, so I just took his last name, and that’s how I came up with my name.
Tell us about your first shoot was it what you expected?
Selina Imai: I wasn’t expecting to be as nervous as I was because I had performed fro an audience, so when it was just like in the moment I was super nervous about it. The first scene that I felt that I did horrible and everything, later on I started to adjust to it, figure out what angles I look good at how to perform for the camera. I’ve been improving on that lately. Still new so I’ve got a lot to learn. I’m definitely not nervous anymore.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Selina Imai: I’m not sure to be honest I kind of someone that thinks about the present time, because I feel like when I plan ahead and don’t complete the goals I set for myself that it brings disappointment, so I try to take opportunity as they’re presented to me and run with those and see where they go. So 5 years who knows.
What’s your favorite sexual position on & off camera & why?
Selina Imai: I guess off camera missionary its more intimate you’re looking at each other, it just feels more intimate. For the camera I like positions where I’m picked up, I’m small so I can get thrown around.
Are there any sex acts that you want to shoot?
Selina Imai: I’m kinda down with anything, so far I’ve only done pretty basic things, mostly just boy girl scenes, I’ve done a few threesomes now which have been pretty cool. I don’t have anything specific that I want to do but I’m definitely open to doing anything at this point.
Which porn star would you most like to work with?
Selina Imai: So, far in my experience Kyle Mason, I’ve worked with him 4 times now, he’s just a very nice respectful person. He’s definitely good at what he does, he’s respectful, easygoing and easy to talk to. Every time I worked with him I felt comfortable, my boundaries were respected and he performed well.
What would you change about the adult industry?
Selina Imai: It’s hard to put a specific on that question, just because I feel like there’s so much porn out there that caters for different people. So diversity wouldn’t be right at the same time a lot of the scenes are based around the same concepts or the same look or the same ideas. Making different types of people or concepts like mainstream compared to what we’re used to seeing. A lot of the scenes that I’ve been in, they’ve been pretty interesting more specifically concepts like step parents, amybe just changing some stuff up.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Selina Imai: As for it affecting me I think it has especially I just turned 19 in December, someone that’s younger, when you grow up with people and you still live in your hometown it’s weird talking to people that you know from school, because the judge you for it. And they might create a certain stereotype of who you are as a person, a lot of people on social media are guys that will just randomly reach out to me thinking that I’m going to have sex with them or send nudes or whatever because I do this. I guess they think I do this now I don’t have boundaries and I don’t have self respect I think it’s the opposite.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?
Selina Imai: Stay strong to who you are! Don’t let people manipulate you to do those things. Just stay strong and make sure you hold you’re own when you need to!
What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?
Selina Imai: Drawing, I’ve always been into that and watching Anime, I’m a huge anime lover so, that’s kind of what I do outside of it.
Which porn star do you admire and why?
Selina Imai: Honestly I don’t know, only because I haven’t been in the industry long enough to see something that sticks with me, I think in the future I will have an answer on that one.
Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?
Selina Imai: I use, especially because of camming I do have a lot of toys and stuff, my favorite one is the little wand thing I know it has different names but the one I have is called the Domi which is the one that Chturbate uses bluetooth to connect to tips and stuff so that’s probably my favorite one.
Do you watch porn? If so what type?
Selina Imai: I don’t watch porn really to be honest, I don’t anymore but I kind of have a little bit in the past I would probably watch lesbian porn or just threesomes.
How do you stay in shape?
Selina Imai: I don’t have a secret for that because I just think it’s genetics. I have been trying to be or eat more healthy lately, but I kind of eat whatever and my body looks the way it does, so I’m very grateful for that.
If you were interviewing a porn star what would you ask them?
Selina Imai: I’d probably ask them the weirdest story they have. Or the weirdest scene they’ve done something that has stuck in a bad way I don’t know if that sounds messed up. I kind of like hearing stories not a lot of people want to hear or whatever so I guess just weird things that they’ve experienced.
What really turns you on?
Selina Imai: The person more than anything, in my personal life I don’t really have sex with anybody I think it’s personality if they do things for me, if they complement me, if they treat me well it’s more of a turn on even if they’re ugly I’ll be like yo I’m into you because you treat me a certain way.
