Tell us a bit about yourself?

Pristine Edge: My name is Pristine Edge. I’ve been involved in the adult entertainment industry since I was 19. I started as an exotic dancer, then did webcam, and switched to adult films.

What are your stats/measurements?

Pristine Edge: 32D-26-34 height 5’3″ weight 110 lbs.

How did you start within the industry?

Pristine Edge: I started out dancing and slowly worked my way into adult film.

How did you create the name?

Pristine Edge: My stage name derived from an old gamer tag I created years ago.

What do you enjoy most about being a pornstar?

Pristine Edge: I love most the flexibility that this industry offers me. I travel often, make my own schedule (mostly), love going over scripts and the people I work with, and, most of all, how supportive my fans are.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?

Pristine Edge: I’m happy where I am at. Other than possibly a geological move, I think I’ll still be in my position as an adult actress.

What’s your favorite sexual position on & off camera & why?

Pristine Edge: While on camera, I love missionary. It gives my legs a break. Have you tried porn-style reverse cowgirl? It’s five to seven minutes of leg workout! Pristine Edge: I’ve worked with so many ladies and gents that I don’t think I have a specific guy or gal in mind. I’m always happy to work with whoever is presented to me. In fact, I would like to work with ALL of the talent!

What would you change about the adult industry?

Pristine Edge: I think the change I want to see is already coming to fruition. I like to see deeper plotlines and more cinematics.

Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

Pristine Edge: I laugh about this now; it’s so ridiculous; how could one not laugh; when those in my hometown found out that I was participating in adult film work, a guy (who I didn’t know but was from my former high school) blasted it on social media. Folks from the community and even peers I grew up with demanded that I pay the man a “Finder’s fee” as a token of his discovery.

It was never a secret; I didn’t boast heavily and respected that adult film is for people’s private use. I was still finding my footing in this industry anyway. I handled it as best as I could. I commented under the forum, asking the man publicly if he feels he truly deserves a finder’s fee, and I asked him to explain what a “finder’s fee” is. He was apologetic afterward. I think he realized how silly it was. Here I was producing entertainment he enjoyed and felt I owed him money for watching it. The community had a hard time coming to terms with it. All in all, most people have been quite respectful.

What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve been asked to do during a shoot?

Pristine Edge: Haha, the strangest thing I’ve done, I think, was use a wrench as a masturbation tool!

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

Pristine Edge: I would suggest any new talent hire a CPA to keep track of finances, hire a financial advisor, and write out a detailed business plan. I waited too long to do these tasks, but now that I have everything, it is just easier.

What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?

Pristine Edge: I make it very publicly known that my favorite pastime is quilting. Many fans have asked if I would sell them. I’m considering it soon.

Have you ever been grossed out during a shoot and if so how did you handle it?

Pristine Edge: Yes, I have. Usually, I am only ever disgusted by poor hygiene. When I have a break to freshen up before the hanky-panky time, I politely tell the other talent, “I’m going to freshen up if you don’t mind doing the same.” This has also carried over into my personal life. Sex is more enjoyable when everybody is fresh, and there are no unwanted smells.

Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?

Pristine Edge: Do I ever!? I have all kinds, but my favorite is Ole Faithful, my Hitachi!

To date which porn scene are you most proud of & why?

Pristine Edge: I think, to this day, my favorite is either Property Sex (that’s the one that shot my name to fame), but I really enjoyed another one with Mandingo for Dogfart. You’d think it’s because he has an anaconda for a dick, but in reality, he was so shy that I just wanted to devour him! Something about shy guys turns me on so much.

Do you watch porn? If so what type?

Pristine Edge: I’m embarrassed to say that I have never been an avid watcher. I only really ever see what’s on social media. Before I participated in porn, I watched it when past boyfriends watched it.

If you were interviewing a pornstar what would you ask them? & answer this question

Pristine Edge: I would want to ask them what their funniest porn experience is.

Mine is when I was working for Girlfriend Films for Lesbian Psychodrama series. GF Films has had me play some funny roles over the years. The one that gave me the most giggles on set was when I had to play a lesbian who liked to dress up as a hamster.

What really turns you on?

Pristine Edge: I answered this earlier, but it holds the most true – I love shy guys.
