Sheena Rose: My name is Sheena! I’ve been in the adult entertainment industry since 2013. I started my career doing mainstream porn working for companies such as Burning Angel, Brazzers, Kink, Digital Playground, Evil Angel, and more. In early 2016, I made a transition to webcamming and content creating—I’ve been doing that ever since and love it!!

How did you start within the industry?
Sheena Rose: My first nude shoot ever was for Suicide Girls. I became a Suicide Girl, and after that I felt really comfortable in my skin and knew what I wanted to do. I was almost 22, so I feel like I started late! When I decided I wanted to get into porn, I told a friend of mine who’s a photographer. He introduced me to his photographer, Hew, who shoots for AVN every year. Hew introduced me to quite a few people, like Marcus Rivera and Stoya, but the most important person was Joanna Angel. After I did a shoot with Hew, he sent a few photos to Joanna and then that weekend I was on a plane to LA to shoot my first two professional scenes. The rest is history.
How did you create the name?
Sheena Rose: My mom created it when I was born and named me Sheena Rose. (:
What do you enjoy most about being a pornstar?
Sheena Rose: I enjoy being free and myself. I love that I’m so liberated with my work, time, and life.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?
Sheena Rose: I just started school to become a sex therapist. In 5 years, I’ll still be webcamming and going to school, but I’ll be that much closer to sex worker turned sex therapist.

Sheena Rose: Nah and I’ve had shoots with accidents before. It’s all a part of the job.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Sheena Rose: I have to face the stigma every day, but it doesn’t affect me. I’m still able to buy a house, buy a car, build my credit, pay my taxes, etc. So what people think about me doesn’t matter. If all of those things I previously mentioned would place a stigma on me and I was NOT able to buy a house or a car, then I would have a different outlook on it.
Are there any sex acts that you want to shoot?
Sheena Rose: I’m still thinking about this one!
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?
Sheena Rose: Once it’s on the internet, it can’t be burned. I love the industry and think it’s the perfect career choice for so many people. But, really think about it. Don’t do it to “get rich quick.” Don’t do it if you’re having 2nd or 3rd thoughts. This goes for girls doing OnlyFans, too. People will steal your shit and put it all over the Internet, and that is part of the job. It’s unfortunate, but you can’t stop it. So really think about it.
What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?
Sheena Rose: This is tough because I feel like work is my life. I love my animals and getting tattooed. I love to travel (when it’s safe), museums, food, site seeing, and hiking. I also love the ocean and swimming. But my most favorite things in the world are getting a massage, taking naps, smoking weed, and having sex. Hehehe
Do you use sex toys? If so which ones?
