Marilyn Johnson: My name is Marilyn Johnson, I am 21 years old. I am a type one diabetic and a total nympho!

Marilyn Johnson: Height 5’9″ weight 125 lbs.
How did you start within the industry?
Marilyn Johnson: When I was 20 years old I was working at a cam studio full time. I loved what I did, but I felt like I could do more. I quit my studio due to their management being racist, deceptive, and due to the low percentage of money I received versus what they took from me. I quit and that same day in March of 2020, I did my research on good agencies and found Conor Cox which I was so grateful for! I’m now representing myself and loving the freedom it gives me.
How did you create the name?
Marilyn Johnson: Marilyn Johnson was a name I came up with from inspiration from an old friend. She was beautiful and Russian, and went by the name Monroe. I loved that stage name, and decided I’d be Marilyn. Johnson was a last name that just kind of came to me. I know it’s not as porn-like as some people would prefer, but it holds a lot of meaning to me.
What do you enjoy most about being a pornstar?
Marilyn Johnson: I cherish meeting new people and hearing new stories and perspectives. I adore meeting new amazing people in the industry, and that is honestly my favorite part of being a pornstar.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Marilyn Johnson: In 5 years, I see myself moving to Los Angeles to continue my career even more so. I’d love to gain a decent following, not for selfish reasons, but to educate my fans on the porn industry and to diminish the stigmas attached to us sex workers.

Marilyn Johnson: If I could change anything about the porn industry, it would be the treatment of male/female talent. I disagree with the fact that certain producers will pay more for interracial. That is sickening to me. No matter our color, we should all be treated the same and with respect.

Marilyn Johnson: Advice that I would give someone who wants to join this industry is, have tough skin. That is number one! You will not be everyone’s cup of tea, but you are YOU. Own it and be confident! Not everyone is going to agree with your job choice, but if you are happy, that is all that matters. I would also advise them to do extensive research on agencies, and find one that best suits them.
Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?
Marilyn Johnson: There are many stigmas around the industry. The one that has annoyed me the most is the assumption that because I do porn, I will fuck just anybody, or that I do this because I’m “too lazy to work a real job.”. This is not true, this is my career. We work very hard, and get very little credit! I handle these stigmas by addressing them politely, and by trying to educate those who believe them to be true. We are all human, and we all deserve to be treated as such.
What hobbies & interests do you have outside of the adult industry?
Marilyn Johnson: Outside of work, I am very creative. I like to model, paint/draw, read/write. I am kind of a nerd at heart, and I love to do research on Veganism and spirituality!
