Tell us a bit about yourself?

James Angel: I’m 26 I’m from Delaware. I have 2 siblings, one being a twin sister. I am a big sports enthusiast! My favorite athlete is LeBron James! My favorite shows consists of comedy such as, The Office, New Girl, & Trailer Park Boys. Prior to entering porn I was a banker at Bank of America as a fraud analyst.

Describe what you were like growing up

James Angel: A lot of ppl see me as the pretty boy now, but growing up it wasn’t always like that… it was more the ugly duckling story where I was picked on for being myself which is outgoing, friendly, talkative, and I had very bad acne from 6th grade until my freshman year of college when I dropped out playing college baseball to take of my first kid as a father is supposed to.

I never had my dad around, so I pride myself on being the best father I can be to my kids. I was always active playing sports, in the streets, where there is a lot of fake love and jealousy. Where I’m from ppl don’t want to see you make it, & when you do it’s best to stay low profile. I come from humble beginnings and I won’t change who I am no matter what because I’ve been thru to much to be fake and unrealistic with myself or anyone else, you know?

Why do you want to become a pornstar?

James Angel: I honestly was the lowest point in my life when I turned to porn. I was homeless, jobless, and just in the gutter. James Angel: To be honest, I’m older than @asphyxiateval but she’s my porn mother as she named me the day I debuted on set w/Bailey Base for @SeeHimFuck. We were sitting there filling out paperwork and I’m like “idk what to name myself Val” and she was like “okay, well who’s ur favorite athlete?” I said lebron James and my barber growing up called me the biracial angel. Angel* soooo she took the best names of those and combined them. James Angel.

Tell us about your first shoot? Was it what you expected?

James Angel: I’ve NEVER been worshipped like that, feet, armpits, ass eating, I was in my glory and living in the moment. Still my favorite shoot yet, Bailey is a great performer!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years’ time?

James Angel: I see myself investing into becoming a director myself, business owner, partner in companies as well. I’d like to make myself a household name you know. I’m going all in because you never know what opportunities are out there if you don’t put your best foot fwd & make connections w/others. Short term, I’d like to be nominated for newcomer of the year win some awards showing how I’ve progressed as a performer.

I’ve seen dark days myself already but I think being able to know that people are there for you and we have resources to support our mental health is a BIG THING WE ALL NEED.

I honestly want to come into this industry and change it for the better. Break barriers for others…. and that’s my plan. I am not here for the drama, I’m here to work & become something bigger than just porn. I come from poverty so be able to give back to communities and be able to shed light on the situations that go unspoken i think would go a long way.

Has the stigma around the adult industry affected you?

James Angel: Of course! Wether it’s good or bad I just try to be myself, transparent, and not really fall into that negative energy.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into the industry?

James Angel: I’d let them know that, you do what you are comfortable with, No is ALWAYS an option, don’t feel like you are alone because you aren’t.

If you directed a scene what would it be about and who would feature?

James Angel: I would like a date night themed scene going out to dinner & or a movie and kind of spice it up where like the guy she’s on a date with is taking a phone call to long and she’s been horny all night for him but he hasn’t really given her the time of day, & then a random guy comes to sit down there and she’s like “well you’re cute” etc etc and go from there maybe fucking in the bathroom or the theater depending on like budget, availability and things like that. James Angel: I was a college baseball pitcher. Growing up I played travel baseball, AAU basketball. I still play Rec league softball when I can in tournaments or regular szn games when I’m home in Delaware. I play basketball in red leagues too. I’m one of those, ball is life guys 😂. Other than that I play video games like Fortnite with my kids, teach my son the basics of sports since he’s into them now! Life’s a cycle, I love being a father and seeing my kids grown up and become something great themselves.
